ZTE Blade X

ZTE phones have conquered the budget-friendly phones segment in the United States with handful of good specifications. This time ZTE has announced yet another budget-friendly phone named ZTE Blade X, which is a little brother of May 2017 unveiled Blade X Max. It’s available via Cricket Wireless, the prepaid carrier and it’s priced at $119.99.

Getting to the budget-friendly phones which ZTE has recently launched includes ZTE Blade Vintage, which is available on Verizon Wireless for $50 and ZTE Tempo X, is available on Boost Mobile for $80.

Coming back to ZTE Blade X, it’s usually a rebrand version of Blade Force on Boost Mobile. The specifications are more or less similar but with a lower price.

Going through the ZTE Blade X Specifications, it’s powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor coupled with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage. The storage can be expanded with a microSD card slot.

While the Blade X Max is with a 6-inch display, this one is with a screen size is 5.5 inch with 1280 x 720 resolution and 2.5D Dragontrail Glass for added protection. A 3000 mAh battery can run the device for about 23 hours of non-stop usage.

The device packs a beautiful 13-megapixel main camera with LED Flash and a 5-megapixel front camera. The new cricket wireless phone runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of the box.  The phone has no announcement about being updated with Android Oreo 8.0 but will surely arrive by the second quarter of 2018.
