Recently announced Yu Yunique 2 YU5011 goes for sale for the first time in India on Thursday. It’s available for a price tag Rs 5,999 on Flipkart. It’s basically a successor to Yunique phone which was launched last year.
Yu Yunique 2 is the latest entry level smartphone unveiled by Micromax subsidiary Yu Televentures taking on Xiaomi Redmi 4A, Moto C Plus, Intex Aqua Lions 3 and iVoomi Me 5 phones in India. It’s available in Champagne Gold and Coal Black colour variants.
Yu Yunique 2 Specifications
The Yunique 2 is a dual SIM smartphone sporting a 5-inch IPS display with 1280 x 720 pixels HD resolution and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection on top. It bears a 13 mega pixel autofocus camera on the rear and 5 mega pixel fixed focus front camera.
Under the hood, it’s powered by a 1.3 GHz quad core Mediatek MT6737 chipset coupled with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB built-in memory and it’s expandable via dedicated micro SD card (up to 64 GB). The Mali-T720-MP1 650 GPU chip takes care of the graphical processing.
It’s backed by a removable 2500 mAh battery and runs on Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box to provide seamless user experience.
The most highlighting feature of the device remains the Truecaller integration, which gives Caller ID and spam calls/SMS protection.
Yu Yunique 2 Price in India
The Yu Yunique 2 is set at a price of Rs 5,999 while it goes on for sale for the first time on Flipkart on July 27th, 12 PM IST. There are no other RAM/Storage variants available. Clubbed with it, Flipkart offers this phone at Rs. 291 per month for 24 months EMI scheme with 10 days replacement policy. Axis Bank Buzz Credit Card holders can get 5% off on MRP.
