At a special event in Shenzhen, China on May 31st, Xiaomi unveiled all new Mi 8 the flagship Xiaomi smartphone along with plenty of other devices which includes MI Band 3 and all new MIUI 10 version, Mi 8 Explorer Edition, Mi 8 SE smartphone, all new Mi TV 4 75’’ Smart TV, Mi VR Standalone.
MIUI 10 is the latest version of Xiaomi smartphone user interface based on mixed features Android Oreo and Android P beta in the background. It's a follow-up version to MIUI 9.5 which was announced as an intermediate update in the month of March 2018. Moving on from MIUI 9, MIUI 10 happens to be a major upgrade which brings plenty of features.
A number of Xiaomi Redmi and MI smartphones are expected to get the Android P based MIUI 10 update. Latest Xiaomi update rollout will begin starting from June with MI Mix 2S, MI A2, Mi 6X being the first batch of devices to get the upgrade.
Similarly, the upgrade will be rolled out to more than 40 smartphones and Tablets and it will continue until August 2018.
Once the MIUI 10 update completes the rollout there will be MIUI 10.1 followed with MIUI 10.2 will be released by the end of the year.
And before Xiaomi jumps into the development of MIUI 11 update, it could be releasing all intermediatory MIUI 10.5 update.
