Last week itself it was revealed that Xiaomi is looking forward to unveiling Razer phone smartphones. All new Xiaomi gaming smartphone will be called as the “Xiaomi Black Shark” and it will be launched on April 13 in Beijing, China.
Xiaomi acquired Black Shark company and it’s now their sub-firm. So, Black Shark will be producing the gaming dedicated smartphones for the Chinese smartphone giant. The phone gets shown off in a three-second hands-on video. Here is the video:
Going through Xiaomi Black Shark specifications, it will be featuring high-end features like Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 Mobile platform out of the box with up to 8 GB of RAM and 32 GB inbuilt storage.
It’s expected to feature a full HD+ display with 2160 x 1080 pixels resolution with an 18:9 aspect ratio. Leaks also hint that it will have an OLED screen and under-display fingerprint sensor. This could support HDR and 120 Hz refresh rate to allow smoother gaming experience.
The Xiaomi gaming smartphone is expected to run on Android 8.1 Oreo-based MIUI 9.5 out of the box and will get the upcoming MIUI 10 upgrade later this year. You can check out the list of several Xiaomi smartphones to get the MIUI X update.
