Quite surprising, apart from Apple iPhone 8 rumors, Nokia phones leaks have hit the headlines hard. Manufactured & marketed by HMD Global, Nokia made their plans clear last year that they will launch atleast six new phones worldwide in 2017.
A trusted source of info has given insight on processor/chipset of upcoming Nokia Android phones.
The flagship Nokia 6 is currently powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 mobile platform and so does the Nokia 5. It’s projected that the latest Nokia phones 2017 like the Nokia 7 will include Snapdragon 630 chipset, while Nokia 9 to come up with Snapdragon 835. In between, the flagship Nokia 8 will be announced with Snapdragon 660 Mobile platform.
The Nokia 2 however will be powered by not much exciting Mediatek MT6737 chipset which also powers the existing Nokia 3 phone. It’s expected to be priced at $120. HMD Global however will keep in mind the driver and software update support that MediaTek provides.

Talking about the release date of Nokia 2, Nokia 7, Nokia 8 and Nokia 9, it will happen in Q3, 2017 and all the phones will be available in major countries by the end of the year.
As in the news, the Nokia 6 is currently available for purchase in India, both offline and through Amazon.in online. According to sources, Nokia 3 and Nokia 5 will be available by August 2017 in India.
