Chinese smartphone vendors are now looking to get exposure at tech events as after Vivo Mobiles, Ulefone too is expected to participate the Mobile World Congress. The MWC 2018 event will be held from February 26 to March 1, 2018 in Barcelona, Spain, and Ulefone is expected to launch the Ulefone T2 Pro GQ067 smartphone.

The company itself has launched the promo image/teaser of the device. The device indeed is a high-end smartphone and as per the teaser, the device has tagline as "Face The Future". The device has a model number GQ067.

Going through the Ulefone T2 Pro specifications, the device is expected to be powered by MediaTek's latest Helio P70 and it will be the first such device. It's an Octa-core processor built on a 12 nm process, clocked at 2.5 GHz. This new chipset from Mediatek competes with Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 845 and the benchmark scores proves that. It will be running on Android 8.0 Oreo, if not Android 7.1 Nougat version out of the box.

The device sports a dual camera set up the rear camera side and we don't see a fingerprint sensor on the front, which means that Ulefone is trying to promote something like iPhone X clone. Could it be having an in-display fingerprint sensor as teased in upcoming Vivo X20 Plus UD smartphone. There is not even a Home button or back button on the device. However, we don't see any other details available about the device.

You can visit booth no. 7161 at Fira de Barcelona Gran Via to get exclusive hands-on the device. Maybe the device will be launched on MWC Day 1 itself along with other handsets like Galaxy S9, Galaxy S9 Plus and HTC U12.
