With many of the new models being introduced, Nokia 2 is on the way to be the next concept of the newer innovations. The HMD Global has planned for the entry-level Android Phone and which seems to be the cheap one and is already on its go to Russia and South Africa. In India, it’s launched by not yet available and before that, it goes for pre-order in the United States and Amazon, B&H and Best Buy are stocking this entry-level smartphone by Nokia.
Being the fact that the US would be on the list next, wherein the model will be available for $99 (roughly Rs. 7,500). The mobile is compatible only with GSM-based carriers such as AT&T, T-Mobile and the various MVNOs which use their networks. It would not work Sprint or Verizon Wireless.

Nokia 2 Features
The Nokia 2 will be an unlocked unit. The battery is of 4,100 mAh and could easily last for two days of normal usage. In terms of specifications, it’s isn’t that great.
Nokia 2 is equipped with a 5-inch 720p display (LTPS display) with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection on top and 1:1300 contrast ratio. Under its hood, this smartphone makes use of a quad-core Snapdragon 212 SoC paired with 1 GB RAM and 8 GB default storage that can be expanded up to 128 GB using a microSD card. The main camera is an 8 megapixel unit with LED flash, while for selfies you get a 5 mega pixel sensor. It runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat.
This $99 Nokia Android phone is pre-loaded with Google Assistant making it the first entry-level smartphone to have the digital assistant.
Other features include 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS and a 3.5 mm audio jack. The device has been launched in three color variants and has an IP52 rating as well.
After all of this, the main information about the release date of the mobile is not still revealed. The pre-order heat is in the air and the company is expecting a great number orders in this regard.

The company seems to have a direct competition with Motorola Moto C and Xiaomi Redmi 4A in some parts of the world. It was told by HMD Global that the company will make the Nokia 2 available across 1,00,000 offline stores all over the country.
