Panasonic Mobiles has officially launched all new Panasonic P95 smartphone in the P-Series. It’s an entry-level phone taking on the Xiaomi’s Redmi 5A smartphone priced at Rs 4,999 ($75).
Going through the Panasonic P95 specifications, the handset comes with a 5-inch display with 1280 x 720 pixels HD resolution. The company has gone for the regular 16:9 aspect ratio of the display and under the hood it’s powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 212 chipset coupled with 1 GB of RAM and 16 Gb inbuilt memory. There is also a micro Sd card slot along with regular dual SIM support with SIM 1 supporting 4G LTE connectivity.
Coming to the optics, it gets 5 mega pixel selfie camera and a 8 mega pixel image sensor on the rear side with a LED flash.
The latest Panasonic phone runs on Android 7.1.2 Nougat out of the box and backed by a 2300 mAh battery. Sorry, there isn’t any quick charge facility available.
The Panasonic P95 price is set to Rs 4,999 but it will be available for Rs. 3,999 from May 13th to May 16 on account of Big Shopping Day Sale campaign by Flipkart. It’s available in Blue, Gold and Dark Grey colors.
