Nokia Edge phone

Nokia had a spectacular entry into Android phones market with Nokia 6 launch earlier this year, but aren’t they too much delayed in opting for Android OS? HMD Global is the company running Nokia Android phones. The company formed by former Nokia employees, made it clear that they will launch atleast 5-6 smartphones by the end of the year and they are well on course of that target.

Classic Nokia 3310, Nokia 3, Nokia 5 and Nokia 6 are already available in many countries and in Q3 2017, they are likely to launch Nokia 2, Nokia 7, Nokia 8 and Nokia 9 phones. But we haven’t seen a high-end phone from them. Well known concept artist has created a Nokia Edge concept phone and it looks very interesting.

The phone is more of a Nokia Lumia feel then a HMD designed Nokia phone. A YouTube Channel user by name Concept Creator has posted a video of Nokia Edge, a concept phone based on rumors of Nokia 8.

Just this week, it was rumored that HDM Global is preparing for a Carl Zeiss camera lens and edge-less display and no physical button. According to the creator, it sports a 6 inch display, comes with 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage. There is 14 mega pixel rear Carl Zeiss camera and 8 mega pixel front facing camera.

Nokia Edge is no where in the plan of HMD Global, it’s just a concept phone. So, enjoy this high quality video of Nokia Edge, which is by far not an upcoming phone.
