HMD Global has launched few products at Mobile World Congress and their priority right now is to get into the smartphone market. Apart from legendary Nokia 8110 4G variant, the company introduced the flagship Nokia 8 Sirocco and Nokia 7 Plus smartphones on the first day of Mobile World Congress (MWC 2018), the biggest smartphone technology event held at Barcelona, Spain.
Going through the Nokia 8 Sirocco specifications, the smartphone runs on the newer Android 8.0 Oreo version out the box and it’s one of the many smartphones launched with Android Oreo this year. The core specifications of the phone remains same as previously launched Nokia 8 phone. It sports a 5.5 inch QHD (2560 x 1440 pixels) pOLED display and 3D Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection on top.
Under the hood, the new Nokia 8 phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset coupled with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB inbuilt storage.
