On the Day 1 of IFA 2017 show, LG has unveiled the most anticipated LG V30 smartphone. The phone comes out without any surprises because most of the things related to the device were leaked many days ahead of the official launch.
The USP of LG V30 remains the inclusion of features like the IP68 water and dust proof certification, MIL-STD 810G ratings, Bang & Olufsen audio and voice recognition.
Going through the LG V30 Specifications (this time officially), we have the smartphone with 6-inch QHD+ OLED FullVision display with 2880 x 1440 pixels resolution. It runs on Android 7.1.2 Nougat out of the box and will get the Android Oreo update by the end of the year.
Under the hood, the LG V30 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 Mobile Platform coupled with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB storage. If you need more storage then go with the LG V30+, which also unveiled at IFA 2017.
Coming to the optics, the phone features two 16 mega pixel cameras with f/1.6 aperture. There is also 5 mega pixel front facing camera. And talking about the connectivity features we have the USB Type-C port, Wi-Fi, aGPS, Bluetooth, NFC, GLONASS and USB OTG support.
Talking about the LG V30 release date, the device will be available from September 21 in South Korea. The global roll-out is expected in the month of October.
