Lenovo last month unveiled K8 Note smartphone last month in India. Coming off from successful Lenovo K5 Note, the Lenovo K8 Note packs decent specifications for a mid-range device and it’s aggressively priced at Rs 12,999 for the 3 GB variant.
The Chinese smartphone giant could add Lenovo K8, Lenovo K8 Lite and K8 Plus smartphones under the K-Series. There isn’t any official information available about the device but it could be launched in the month of September and availability in the following month.
As far as the Lenovo K8 Lite specifications goes, it will sport a smaller display than the Lenovo K8 Note. The flagship K8 will be sporting a 5-inch display with not many changes.
Talking about the Lenovo K8 Plus, it was spotted at GeekBench recently. Thanks to GeekBench some major Lenovo K8 Plus specifications came to lime-light. It’s powered by a Mediatek Helio P25 Octa core processor clocked at 1.69 GHz. It comes with 3 GB of RAM and will have 32 GB or 64 GB inbuilt memory. The Lenovo K8 Plus Price in India could go up to Rs 20,000.
Just like K8 Note, the company could ditch it’s proprietary Vibe UI in favour of stock Android UI for the upcoming K-Series phones and that also includes upcoming phones like K8 Lite and K8 Plus.
The Lenovo K8 Note unique selling point is its 13 mega pixel + 5 mega pixel dual rear cameras which offers DSLR like bokeh effect. There is also 13 mega pixel selfie camera on the front.
Talking about further Lenovo K8 Note specifications, it has 5.5 inch full HD display with Corning Gorilla Glass protection on top. It’s powered by MediaTek Helio X23 deca core chipset clocked at 2.3 GHz with 4000 mAh battery.
These new Lenovo smartphones will be launched specially for the holiday seasons in India(Diwali and Dusheera).
