Huawei Nova 2 Plus smartphone was unveiled earlier this year and it still remains to be China only variant. United States might happen to be the first country after China to get Huawei Nova 2 Plus smartphone as the device gets FCC(Federal Communications Commission) approval.
Huawei Nova 2 Plus, one that is sold in China is with BAC-AL00 model number but the FCC listing here shows the device model number as BAC-L03 & BAC-L23. While L03 is a single SIM handset, the BAC-L23 happens to be dual SIM version of it. Dual SIM variant is likely to be sold as unlocked handset while single SIM variant is most likely to be sold as carrier locked handset.
The internal Huawei Nova 2 Plus specifications might remain same. However, Huawei will consider upgrading the software version on the device to the latest EMUI 5.1.
It sports a 5.5 inch full HD display with daunting 3340 mAh battery. The most highlighting feature remains the dual camera setup comprising of 12 mega pixels and 8 mega pixels cameras on the back and impressive 20 mega pixel selfie camera on the front. Just below rear cameras, we have a fingerprint scanner unit. It can be a budget option if you are looking for dual camera handset.
Under the hood, Nova 2 Plus is powered by HiSilicon Kirin 659 chipset with Octa core processor coupled with 4 GB RAM and 128 GB built-in memory. The device also includes a micro SD card slot, supporting expansion up to 256 GB using a micro SD card.
The Huawei Nova 2 Plus is sold at €400, so anticipating the price in the United States to be $450 USD. At this price, the Honor 9 Premium is available in Europe.
