HMD Global unveils New Nokia 7 Phone in China

While there is no chance of Nokia 4 launch due to ‘4’ is an unlucky number, HMD Global has announced all new Nokia 7 smartphone in China. As promised, they are well on track of launching 6-7 Android smartphone this year. The company which holds the tender of launching Nokia branded smartphones, unveiled Nokia 6 earlier this year in China, which was infact the first device to be announced by HMD Global.

HMD Global clearly stated that growing markets like India, China, and South African countries are of prime importance for them. Nokia has still got a value in the phone market and this is why they are able to get good sales.

In terms of Nokia 7 Specifications, we have the device with 5.2-inch 1080p LCD display. The device looks premium with aluminum and glass housing and it looks very much of old-fashioned Nokia, which is a good thing.

Coming to the camera department, HMD Global is yet to catch with selfie craze as it has just 5 mega pixel front facing camera with wide-angle lens. There is a beautiful 16 mega pixel rear facing camera with f/1.8 aperture on the back. It also includes Bothie feature through which you can take front and rear.

Under the hood, it’s powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 Mobile Platform with availability in 4 GB RAM and 6 GB RAM variants.

A 3000 mAh battery keeps the device running and it has got a 64 GB standard onboard storage with a micro SD card slot as well. It runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of the box and it’s sure to get the Android 8.0, 8.1 Oreo and upcoming Android update by next year.

It has a fingerprint scanner unit on the back and also got a 3.5 mm headphone jack.

Next, the company is preparing to launch flagship Nokia 9 smartphone and it will be unveiled at next year’s Mobile World Congress 2017.
