The Android P includes native support for the top-notch screen and Google is bound to adopt the latest trend in the mobile industry with its next-generation Pixel phone. A recent leak photo of upcoming Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL reveals the screen protectors of the device which includes interesting design changes in the next Google flagship phone. If it has anything to go with the leaks, then Pixel 3 XL will feature a top-notch and Pixel 3 will have a proper top and bottom bezels, much similar to its predecessor.
A top-notch on Pixel 3 XL wouldn't be surprising us anymore because we have seen a lot of smartphone makers already unveiled that, a recent one being OnePlus 6, the budget flagship killer phone.
The Google's flagship Pixel phone this year will retain front-facing stereo speakers, one of the best features of its predecessor.
It will be quite interesting to see whether Google will go with dual camera setup for the rear camera or will just have the same camera from it's predecessor into the Pixel 3 with upgraded mega pixel count but Pixel 3 XL having a dual camera setup. That combination is most likely because that will give consumers a choice.
It's noted that both phones will adopt 18:9 OLED display with bigger screen size and a decent screen to body ratio.
It would be interesing to see to which company does Google will award the contract to manufacture Pixel 3 and XL model of it. Pixel 2 was made by HTC and XL was made by LG.
