Google Announces Pixel 2, Pixel XL 2, Clips Camera, Home Max, Home Mini Speakers & PixelBook

Google has unveiled several new products at Wednesday’s Hardware event. The event has confirmed several surprises and software updates. Two new Pixel Phones, two smart speakers, a high end PixelBook laptop, smart ear buds that can instantly translate words in your own language, a Clips camera, Google Home Mini and Google Home Max speakers.

Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL both have the same camera of 12.2 Megapixel with autofocus laser and dual pixel phase detection. The front camera stands with 8 Megapixel with fixed focus. Both the phones has been build with Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor with 4GB RAM. They don’t have wireless charging but can use USB-C. Pixel and Pixel 2 have not been provided with headphones jack which needs to be run on Bluetooth 5.0.

The Pixel 2 come in light blue, just black and clearly white. Pixel 2 is also slightly lighter and slimmer compare to Pixel 2 XL. Pixel 2 XL has bigger battery and a 6-inch screen with 2880 x 1440 smart OLED resolutions while Pixel 2 has a slight small screen of 5 Inch with 1980 x 1080 OLED resolution. Pixel 2 XL will be in black or black and white. Both phones promises water resistance and all day battery life.

Both the phones Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL has been priced $649 and $849 respectively. They’ll be available in the Google stores from 19 October.

Along with this two amazing phones Google has also announced smart accessories.
Wireless headphones named Pixel buds come with compatible feature of USB-C for charging and gives you continues five hours usage. The device can also translate words in our own language.

A Google clips is an amazing camera with artificial intelligence to capture intimate moments that you are not able to capture on your own. If your child or pet is a camera shy you can hide the Google clips and can capture the moments without their notice. The camera can also capture soundless videos of faces that it recognises. Camera works for continuous 3 hours usage. The camera has 12 megapixels sensor and 130 degree field of view lense.The Google Clips camera is available for $249.

Google Home Mini is the small and smart devices to listen to the news and podcast. These tiny devices comes in chalk, charcoal and coral shades. The Google home mini costs $49 and you can grab them in major retail stores near you on October 19.

Google Home Max is the stereo speakers with 4.5 inch woofers. It comes in black and white and costs $399. Google Home Max will be available from December. The buyers will also get free year of YouTube Red.

Google PixelBook takes on Macbook and Surface in the mini laptops section. It powered by a seventh generation Intel i7 processor with 12.3 inch high resolution screen. The pixel book promises 10 hours of battery life. The laptop has been build with first time Google Assistant feature. You can either talk to Google Assistant or can simply type, it will respond silently. Google has also announced Pixel book Pen in partnership with Wacom. Both the Pixel book and Pixel book Pen will be available from October 31. The pixel book prices start from $999 goes up to $1649 for double the RAM. Pixel book pen has been priced for $99.

Google Daydream is an update to its previous year model. It comes with new lenses and has been priced $99.
