The saying ‘old is gold’ goes well with the Apple iPhone 6, as Apple Inc has re-launched one of its old series of phones, the iPhone 6. This phone that created a buzz in 2014 has not lost its demand and Apple has taken advantage of this platform for the re-launch.

Also, one has to note that there were other phones in the series of ‘Apple phones’, which replaced this product in the past after some time, like, iPhone 6S, iPhone 7 and these were been busy filling the cash inflow for the Apple Company.

The company has now re-launched iPhone 6 by adding a new 32 GB storage variant and offering them at a cheaper price. It’s hard to confirm whether the company wants to get rid of iPhone 6 complete as fast as possible and discontinue it officially. The company was successful in their experiment to make iPhone available at low-pricing as iPhone 4S with 8 GB was launched exclusively for Indian customers.

Why is the iPhone 6 re-launched now? It is obvious that the same has been undertaken to increase the graph of sales. Apple has introduced the factor of ‘limited time offer’ for this particular re-launch due to which the demand would reach the heights planned to result in the relative sales.

There was a time when online stores were not encouraged by Apple to sell its phones, however, today the scenario is different and the online stores are one of the important ‘sale carriers’.

The company has extended the memory of iPhone 6 from 16 GB to 32 GB which is one of the basic variant features introduced in this particular phone. Maybe they don’t want any more lawsuits from customers. In the past couple of years, iPhone owners sued Apple over storage space and in all the cases it was 16 GB iPhone that the people complained.

The phone on EE(Everything Everywhere), the UK carrier will be selling it based on a 24-month contract which the customer has to get into in order to get it, apart from the fact that it is sold for a higher amount than iPhone 7 (as per sources). The data plan seems to be the same. It costs $515, and this price is tagged so as to compete with OnePlus 3 and various other prepaid smartphones.

The product in the past, in 2014 was offered with 16/64/128 GB options. The product runs on iOS 10 and features the camera at 4.7-inch HD Retina display. It’s powered by an Apple A8 chipset with 64-bit desktop-class architecture and is clocked at 1.8 GHz which is, in turn, clubbed with 1 GB of RAM. Apart from the storage extension of 32 GB, inbuilt storage, it has a single nano-SIM card support. The phone includes 8 megapixel rear with f/2.2 aperture and a 1.2 MP front-facing camera with f/2.2 aperture. The camera has Focus Pixels, Touch ID, Fast 4G LTE and Wi-Fi connectivity. To top it all, it has a long life battery 1810 mAh Lithium-ion battery.

The Cupertino-based technology has re-launched iPhone 6 in India and UK with the help of their partners here, which include Rashi Peripherals, Redington, Ingram, and Beetel.

In Bengaluru, as per the media sources, this phone is available in retail stores at a rate of Rs. 30,700/-.

Earlier, when the initial launch of iPhone 6 (Space Gray color) was done in the year 2014, the product was available on Amazon for an amount of Rs. 28,999/- and even today, the product is available for the same amount on the site. The product on this site is also sold for an exchange offer for Rs. 7,115/-. Flipkart, as usual, has gone less on the price tag on its site. On Flipkart.com, the product is sold for Rs 26,990/-.

This is the time to grab what you would lose if you don’t do it now!
