Which Phones will get the Android Oreo update?

Since the latest Android version includes a dozen of new features, it makes everyone excited to get the update early on their device. Often people look up for an official word from the company but we have seen in the past that many companies take time to analyze and then come out with an official statement.

Google Pixel Oreo Update

It's a known fact that company's phones are preferred. Of all the smartphones getting the Android 8.0 update, Google Pixel phones always receive the update early.

The Google phones that are now on the latest Android version are Google Pixel and Pixel XL.

Motorola Oreo Update phone list

Moto phones do receive the Android updates, much faster than OEMs. Since they have a stock Android user interface, it makes it easier for the company to deliver a new software update.

HTC Oreo Update

HTC as always, whenever there is a new Android version is announced by Google, come up with the news about the flagship phone update.

LG Oreo Update phone list

The LG's new V30 phone was expected to run on Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box but for one the other reasons, it runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat. So that leaves no LG phone with the latest Google update.

The LG V30 and LG G6 are the two flagships that will get the Android 8.0 Oreo update.

LG V30 Oreo update is has begun roll-out on January 16, 2018.
