Indian Premier League matches are played in various Cricket grounds and each team has its own home venue. For a country in which Cricket is a religion, people wants to get the best of every international match played. The IPL Fan Park which provides stadium like atmosphere, introduced in 2015, is a great idea to engage with Cricket fans.
IPL Fan parks are the venue where peoples can watch live action on giant screen and since they are constructed in open areas or stadiums or cricket grounds, local fans go and join other people sharing the same interest.
This year, Fan Park expanded to 14 new cities and for 29th and 30th April, IPL Fan Park, BCCI has set up Fan park at Jaipur, Ludhiana, Bareilly and Tumkur for the 34th and 35th league match of the season.
It’s going to be a double-header both days as Pune Supergiant takes Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCBvsRPS) at 4 PM IST at MCA Stadium Pune and Gujarat Lions versus Mumbai Indians (GLvsMI) at 8 PM IST at SCA Stadium Rajkot on 29th April. These four cities will also air Kings XI Punjab vs Delhi Daredevils (KXIP vs DD) at 4 PM IST and Sunrisers Hyderabad on Kolkatta Knight Riders (SRH vs KKR) on 30 April 2017.
To watch the action live at Bareilly IPL Fan Park, just go to Barielly Club, at Civil Lines. Similarly, Jaipur Fan Park is set up at Chitrakoot ground. Lucknow Fan Park is at Government College for Girls, Rakh Bagh and Fan Park Tumkur is hosted at Circus Ground, Kunigal Main Road.
Entry to all these IPL Fan Park venues is free and special arrangements are made to make it as a family-friendly event. Cricket fans living outside IPL hosting cities can join the festival of Cricket at above-mentioned venues.
