Mobile World Congress is near and every tech giant is readying up their products. For Samsung it’s Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 and for Sony it will be definitely Xperia XZ2 and Xperia XZ2 Compact, that will be unveiled. Apart from those two handsets, there are few mid-range phones were leaked ahead of MWC 2018.
All new Sony H3113/H3123 and Sony H4113/4133 were spotted on GeekBench. All these phones are powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoCs.
All those four phones will be running on Android 8.0 Oreo and Bluetooth v5.0 out of the box and will have a 3 GB RAM variant as well. A lot of Android Oreo phones are expected to be unveiled at MWC 2018.
The H4213 and H4233 is third smartphone rumored with same Snapdragon 660 chipset but with increased 4 GB of RAM.
Apart from that the Xperia XZ2 details have been leaked, with the device sporting the 5.7 inch display with 18:9 aspect ratio and will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC, a chipset that will power most flagship phones this year.
The Xperia XZ2 Compact goes by its name. It sports a smaller 5.0-inch full HD+ display with 18:9 aspect ratio. Internally it will be the same as Xperia XZ2.
According to report, these devices will go for full HD display instead of full HD+. Sony might not unveil all these five smartphones as mentioned above but alteast three are expected to be unveiled, much like what they did at last year IFA 2017 event where the Japanese smartphone giant unveiled Xperia XZ1, Xperia XA1 Plus & XZ1 Compact smartphones.
So, these are among the first five Sony Xperia phones to be launched this year. For your info, Sony has an event scheduled on the first day of Mobile World Congress at Barcelona, Spain to unveil new products.
