The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 successor of Samsung Galaxy Note 7 has not changed and the pre-orders for the same is open to major US carriers from today. The Note’s features and its signature stylus is the turning point in the product’s selling factor and the company hopes that there would be better implications that will lead to the recognition and priority of choice among the customers.
Though the announcement of it has been made now, Note 8 will be released in stores on September 15th.
The Galaxy Note 8 could be the best Samsung Galaxy phone launched this year. Note 8 is regarded as Samsung’s first smartphone which comes with a dual camera lens, the technology employed in the iPhone 7 Plus and also in mobiles like Nokia 8 and OnePlus 5. The display is 6.3 inches with corners squared off. The Portrait mode blurs the background behind your subject to mimic bokeh.
It comes with Samsung’s Bixby voice assistant pre-loaded, quoting as a challenge to the Apple’s Siri, Amazon’s Alexa and Google’s Assistant.
Note 8 is a little heftier than the S8 Plus at 195 grams (0.43 pounds) versus 173 grams (0.38 pounds).
The colors in which Samsung Galaxy Note 8 will be available are Black, Gray, Gold, and Blue, although the latter two won’t be available in the United States.
Apart from the S Pen being water resistant, Note 8 is powered with Snapdragon 845 processor, 64 GB of storage (with microSD support), and 6 GB of RAM. The battery is 3300 mAh and it includes a host of other handy features like fast charging.
Again, Note 8 comes with two 12-megapixel cameras. The regular/wide-angle lens has an aperture of f/1.7, and the telephoto lens is f/2.4. The sensors offer image stabilization.
Conor Pierce, head of Samsung UK, said: “Last year was very tough for us, so with the new Note 8 we have been re-engaging with our audience,”.
More of what the company has to gather up from the disaster caused by Samsung Note 7, it is seemingly trying hard to put in efforts in almost every possible technology, in order to give a user-friendly product!
