Russia and Jordan become the first market to get the Nokia 3.1 device as the device is now available for purchase. It’s the latest Android One phone running on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box and expected to get the Android P update. It was launched along with Nokia 5.1 and Nokia 2.1 at a special event in Russia last week.
The Nokia 3.1 device was available for pre-order since a couple of days. It’s priced at RUB 11,990 (US $190).
Going through the Nokia 3.1 specs, the phone comes with 5.2 inch 1440 x 720 pixels HD+ display with Corning Gorilla Glass(unspecified version) protection on top. In terms of camera we have the 13 mega pixel rear camera with f/2.0 aperture and 8 mega pixel front facing camera with f/2.0 aperture.
Under the hood, the Nokia 3.1 is powered by an Mediatek MT6750 Octa core processor coupled with Mali T-860MP2 GPU. Internationally it’s available in 2 GB RAM with 16 GB Storage and 3 GB RAM model with 32 GB storage but for the Russian market it’s only the 2 GB RAM model is available.
It includes connectivity options like 4G VoLTE, Dual SIM, Wi-Fi, microUSB 2.0, Bluetooth v4.1 and USB On-The-Go.
The latest Nokia phone is backed by a 2990 mAh Lithium Polymer battery which non-removable and it’s available in the Blue/Copper, Black/Chrome, White/Iron color choice.
The Nokia 3.1 is expected to arrive in several markets including USA and Canada.
