After ZenFone 5 2018 series launch at the Mobile World Congress (MWC 2018) in the month of February, Asustek is looking forward to launching its next smartphone. Codenamed as ASUS_X00TD has popped up at the GeekBench.
Going through the ASUS_X00TD specifications as per the Geekbench listing the device runs on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box, the latest version of Android(leaving out Android P Developer Preview).
Interestingly the handset is powered by an Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 Mobile platform out of the box clocked at 1.6 GHz coupled with Adreno 512 GPU.
GeekBench listing also tells us about the RAM size which is said to be 2744 MB but practically it will be 3 GB of RAM. In the benchmark test, it achieves 4861 in the multi-core and 1336 in the single-core.
From the house of Asus, nothing has been confirmed and we are speculating that it could be a ZenFone 5 variant and GeekBench as always is not 100% correct.
