Apple and lawsuit goes hand-in-hand. There is no rest for the Cupertino technology giant and things are not going in the direction as they wanted. Omni MedSci, a health technology startup has lodged a fresh complaint against the Apple for it’s Apple Watch.
According to the lawsuit filed, company claims that heart rate sensor in Apple Watch infringes copyrights which are registered under their name.
Both Apple and Omni MedSci tied up in 2014 to come up with Apple Watch and were under contract until 2016.
The two years contract stayed quite well for both the companies and Dr.Michael O’Reilly, a medical technology expert at Apple had several meetings with Michael Hilman, the hardware manager to discuss about the company has them.
According to the lawsuit “We [Apple] don’t wish to receive any information about any of your IP [Intellectual Property],” Reilly said.
Whatever may be the case, Apple is in big trouble.
