Honor 7C with Dual Rear Camera, Android Oreo Launched at $142

Huawei’s brand Honor has announced the addition of new smartphone named as Honor 7C. It’s the latest budget smartphone featuring trending 18:9 display aspect ratio.

Going through the Honor 7C specifications, the phone runs on Android 8.0 Oreo-based EMUI 8.0 out of the box. On the top, we have a 5.99-inch HD+ display with 2.5D curved glass and it’s powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 Mobile Platform.

Coming to the optics, the latest Honor smartphone has 13 mega pixel rear facing camera (f/2.2 aperture) along with 2 mega pixel image sensor to capture the depth of the field information for portrait shots. There is 8 mega pixel front facing camera with f/2.0 aperture and LED flash.

The Honor 7C is backed by a 3000 mAh (typical) / 2900 mAh (minimum) non-removable battery and has a rear placed fingerprint sensor. From the connectivity front, it has Dual SIM connectivity with 4G VoLTE support, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS with GLONASS, 3.5mm audio jack, and FM Radio. The device has the dimensions as 158.3 x 76.7 x 7.8 mm and weight 164 gram.

Coming to the Honor 7C price it has set to US $ 142 (899 Yuan or Rs 9,235) for the entry-level 3 GB RAM with 32 GB storage and there is also 4 GB RAM with 64 GB variant priced at US $205 (Rs. 13,345).

It’s available in Red, Gold, Black and Blue colors. The device comes with a micro SD card slot supporting expansion up to 256 GB in size. It’s now available for pre-order in China and goes on from March 13.
