Forbes has released a new list of richest persons in India. Among the richest in India, Mukesh Ambani has continued to top the list once again and he has been leading for a decade now, something called as ‘Perfect 10’. His net worth swelled to $38 billion (nearly Rs 2.5 lakh crore. Mukesh Ambani revenue grew by 67% from last year. Nobody since last 10 years has been able to replace #1 spot, held by Mukesh Ambani for the tenth year in a row. So here are the others in the official Forbes India Rich list 2018.

Azim Premji was second on the Forbes list who held a net worth of $19 billion. Hinduja brothers took the third position with the net worth of $18.4 billion and Lakshmi Mittal was in the fourth position with net worth of $16.5 billion. The fifth position was taken by Pallonji Mistry whose net worth is $16 billion, Godrej family in the sixth position with a net worth $14.2 billion.
The seventh position was occupied by Shiv Nadar, founder and HCL chairman with the net worth $13.6 billion. In the eighth position was Kumar Birla $12.6 billion and Dilip Shanghvi was voted at the ninth position who has a net worth of $12.1 billion and at the tenth position was Gautam Adani with the net worth $11 billion.
Also the Indian women entrepreneurs who were listed as the richest on Forbes included, Savitri Jindal at the sixteenth position, with a net worth of 7.5 billion US dollars, Leena Tewari at the seventy-one position with a net worth of USD 2.19 billion and Kiran Mazumdar Shaw with a net worth of USD 2.16 billion, stands at the seventy-second position.
Apart from these women entrepreneurs, there are a number of other women who have made key contributions to the economic growth, right from Godrej Family to the Amalgamations Group Family.
Again, Three Indian corporate czars—Lakshmi Mittal, Ratan Tata, and Vinod Khosla—have been named in Forbes’ special list of the world’s ‘100 Greatest Living Business Minds’. Lakshmi Mittal is the chairman and CEO of Arcelor Mittal, Ratan Tata is Tata Group’s chairman emeritus and Vinod Khosla is the co-founder of Sun Microsystem.
It is a mixture of anticipation when the above list is seen. Especially, Ratan Tata who is on the special list of Forbes has said in many of his talks that the company dedicates four and a half percent of net profits in philanthropy.
