Apple’s iOS 11 which has been recently launched showed a statistics comparatively lesser than the iOS 10 which quoted 54 percent till the month of November and iOS 11 showed only 59 percent until October. After the initial stage of the release, which was on September 19, 2017, the installing number quoted was 54 percent.
There seemed to be less than 10 percent increase in the installations. To be precise there was a 7 percent increase in the same from the time it was introduced by the company.

It was also reported that 33 percent of the iPhones, iPads, and iPod touch devices did have iOS in place still with them. Again 8 percent of devices run a version of iOS earlier than iOS 10. Switching to the new update has not been very cozy though.
The installation rates were quite low even when Apple planned and released the many updates for iOS 11, especially when these updates were brought into effect in order to address major bugs found in the operating system.
